Entrepreneur, 17, transforms e-commerce fashion with cryptocurrency implementation.

We have seen extraordinary growth of cryptocurrencies in the last two years with thousands of start-ups launching in the e-commerce sphere. With the words like Metaverse, NFT and blockchain hanging in the air more customers turn to crypto as their payment method each year. Nikita Dmitriev, a 17-year-old entrepreneur, is currently leading a technological start-up that has already attracted numerous investment opportunities from venture capitalists to angel investors across the globe.

Nikita is a young tech-entrepreneur who is the founder and CEO of Wicked, a technological start-up focusing on implementing cryptocurrencies and the blockchain technology into the e-commerce. Originally from Russia, the young CEO went a long way from the start in sneaker reselling to becoming an expert in the field and pursuing his goals in the tech world. “Cryptocurrencies fascinate me. They provide the decentralization we were all waiting for. It’s time for the world to change” Nikita stated. Colleagues describe him as a man of extreme organisation, sharp constructive criticism and creativity that exceeds the margins. He believes that as a start-up it’s not all about the money. “You won’t reach the top if your focus is solely on monetary benefits. The passion, the drive and the dedication are what will bring you up there. We are doing a unique and special project. We are confident in our abilities, the concept and the market opportunities” Dmitriev said. Growing up in London allowed the founder of Wicked to effectively make valuable connections that introduced him  to the world of reselling, gradually leading him up to discovering the market opportunities in the digital world. With numerous projects under his belt and fervent goals shortlisted he is the one to look out for in the next few years.

Wicked is a revolutionary sneaker & apparel marketplace that will be the first marketplace in the fashion side of the e-commerce to use crypto transactions. Although facing competition from the market giants such as StockX and Goat, Wicked has already received multiple investments offers bringing the valuation of the company up to one million ($1M) in April 2022. The uniqueness of the project is in their new UVSC technology that is undergoing the patent registration process and is undeclared to the public at this point in time. The start-up is coming to the pre-seed investment round this year with Wicked planned to be released in 2023. The development of the project has already started and currently is at the design stage. The CEO claims that the competition with other companies does not scare him as the business uses technologies that are currently unavailable for its competitors giving Wicked a large competitive advantage. The main goal of the project is to efficiently implement cryptocurrencies into e-commerce and provide a secure, simple, and fast transaction pathway for its clients with the usual transaction pathway such as debit and credit card payment still in place in addition to the cryptocurrency payments.

In addition to the platform, we are anticipating the release of the Wicked coin. The coin will play a significant role on the platform as owners will be eligible for benefits such as discounts and exclusive items accessibility. Dmitriev believes that it will allow an interconnected relationship of the platform with the coin’s boosting both to grow simultaneously.

It is a highly ambitious and complex start-up; however, the CEO and the team are confident in its completion and undeniable success as Wicked offers technological advancements for crypto users allowing the digital currencies to grow as a payment method.
