RAVE to all of the comic strip writers who paid tribute to Charles Schulz and his “Peanuts” characters on Schulz’s 100th birthday.
RANT to street cleaners. I drive north through the Arboretum toward the construction in Montlake to get to work. Many times, there’s a street-cleaning truck heading west on Lake Washington Boulevard going 2 mph. This blocks cars halfway into the Arboretum. Why isn’t there someone helping to wave drivers around the truck? Why are they cleaning the street during commuting hours? People need to drive around the truck when it’s clear and some do. Thank you to them.
